The hotel is situated in the centre of the region that boasts the greatest density of golf courses in Austria. Gentle rolling hills characterise the region, which lies 250 – 380 metres above sea level. The climatic conditions are very favourable; the ‘pannonic-illyric’ climate generates a high average yearly temperature with long sunny days. On average the sun shines 60 percent of the time throughout the summer, providing approximately 1300 hours of sunshine in the summer and 615 hours of sunshine in winter. Burgauberg - Neudauberg is therefore one of the sunniest regions in Austria, making golf possible all year round.
